Created concept movie for “GOOD DRIVE”, a joint project developed by Sony Corp. and Sony Assurance, Inc.
“GOOD DRIVE” is a device that plugs into the car’s 12V lighter socket, using real-time drive data to measure and rank accident safety via a dedicated smartphone app. Based on the determined rank, users could receive up to 30% cashback on their insurance payments.

Easy-to-use, warm voice, transparency
Made with simple, soft-line illustrations to express the products highlights and easy of use to a broad range of potential users. The animations were stylized with a smooth, slick tempo that would soften the common aversion to “insurance” talk, while inciting users with an interesting way to get to know the product.
An “insurance” centered product that embodies “simplicity, reliability, trust, and transparency” at the core of its design. Made to capture audiences with a fun watching experience from beginning to end.
A sticky kind of music that stays in viewers minds after watching. This was acheived with a cool, pop vibe contrasted with the soft animated visuals. The music was made to frame the entire messaging and provide an up-tempo pulse to the animation.
Aimed for a narration with a warm, familiar and honest tone that’s pleasant to listen to.
