Yamada Fruit Orchard is a three-generation apple orchard located in Owani Town, Aomori Prefecture.
The key to this project is how to establish its position as a premium line through naming and label design.
Naming
We came up with "CENTURY" based on the concept of apples harvested from trees over 100 years old. It is a straightforward name while conveying the weight of history.
Design
The design aimed for "refined luxury reminiscent of wine." The CENTURY section features a dignified Ming typeface with gold foil accents, complemented by a pop of apple red as an accent. Additionally, the majestic mountains visible from the orchard are depicted, creating an appearance imbued with history and elegance.
